1. FAQ
No, unfortunately we only have an online shop. But you can of course return or exchange products if you are not satisfied or have bought the wrong one.
You can contact us by using the chat button, or by sending an email to info@nezdal.eu.
If you find that you have written the wrong name or address, you must contact us at info@nezdal.eu so that we can try to change it before your package is sent.

As long as you live in an EU country, you will not have to pay VAT. We are located and ship from our warehouse in Sweden.
If you live outside EU, you will not be charged VAT at the checkout, but you may have to pay VAT and local duties that may vary from country to country at import.
2. Payments
At checkout you will find a separate field for discount codes. Discount codes cannot be entered on the shopping cart page, only at checkout.
You can pay with regular credit and debit cards like Visa and Mastercard. We also offer PayPal. More payment providers will be added as we continue our development.
Processing time for exchanges/returns can take up to 14 days. Payments/refunds are made within 10 working days after the return has been processed. We will refund the amount once the return has been received and processed by us.
3. Shipping and Delivery
We send out EU-orders daily from our warehouse in Sweden. Usually it takes no more than 2-4 days for the package to arrive. On special dates such as Black Friday, delivery may take a few extra days.
Shipping costs vary depending on your delivery location, and exact prices will be calculated during checkout. Shop for more than €99 and get free shipping! 👊
You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped from our warehouse in Sweden.
Our orders are delivered by mail to your mailbox or nearest pickup point. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched from our warehouse. We ship using DHL & Postnord, depending on your country.
We don't currently have a pick-up point. All orders must be sent by mail.
We currently ship to all the countries listed at the checkout.
4. Exchange, Returns & Complaints

All questions regarding complaints, damage to goods or errors in delivery should be made in writing via email: info@nezdal.eu
Please do not return goods until you have been notified. This way the matter will be handled in a flexible way and without unnecessary return costs.
Please: Send pictures of the item showing damage/defects. This makes it easier for us to process the case faster.
Should you fail to collect or reject your order upon delivery, or in cases where the package cannot be delivered due to incorrect or missing labeling on the package or mailbox, the items will be returned to us, with the associated costs borne by you.
A €20 fee will be applied, deducted from the original payment. The balance will be reimbursed to your card or PayPal account, depending on the initial payment method used.
